STEP THREE - SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT

Go to the patient portal (https://32344-1.portal.athenahealth.com/)

• Select “Appointments," then “Find or Schedule Appointments.”
• Choose your desired date and time from the calendar.
• Workers’ compensation? Enter insurance company & claim number in “additional notes."
• Click “Schedule Appointment” to lock it in.
• Make changes in the portal at any time - at least one week advanced notice is appreciated!
