Select “Appointments," then “Find or Schedule Appointments.”
Choose a reason for visit, then your desired date and time from the calendar.
Review your appointment information.
Workers’ compensation? Enter insurance company & claim number in “additional notes."
Click “Schedule Appointment” to lock it in.
Make changes in the portal at any time - at least one week advanced notice is appreciated!
Illness/weather/transportation trouble? Cancel in-person visit & reschedule as telehealth.
