- Within 10 days of your appointment, log in and complete all self-check-in sections.
- For telehealth visits, you will receive an invitation by text message or email. At the time of your visit, please follow the link, allow camera and microphone access on your computer or smartphone, enter the visit and wait for the doctor to join if not already there.
- Even if you are joining via computer, please have your phone nearby in case of technical difficulties.
