NEW PATIENTS - OUR PROCESS

We're happy you're here, and invite you to first create a Patient Portal account. Because we use a "virtual office," we rely on the portal for scheduling, communication, payments, and nearly all of our office functions. After creating your account, you'll be able to register and then schedule an initial video visit, which is how we conduct all first-time visits. This 30-minute telehealth consultation with Dr. Wille will help us to most efficiently:

• get to know you and your pain, and discuss what we can offer
• develop a plan for further testing and treatment
• schedule your in-person follow-up and physical examination
