STEP ONE - CREATE A PATIENT PORTAL ACCOUNT

Make a new account

• Go to https://32344-1.portal.athenahealth.com/
• Click/tap "Create an Account"
• Provide your personal information and email address

Verify your new account

• Go to your email, find the verification message
• Click/tap the blue "Create My Account" button
• Complete "Your Information" and create a password

Provide any additional personal information

• Provide your mobile phone number and select "yes" to consent to text alerts (preferred).
• Click/tap "continue"
• Create a new password, click/tap "save and continue"

Set up multifactor authentication

• If you have a mobile phone, select “SMS Authentication.”
• If you do NOT have a mobile phone, select “Voice Call Authentication.”
• After entering your country and your phone number, click/tap “send code.”
• You will receive the code on your phone. Enter it in the box and click “verify.”
